The Hotline helps reinforce the Open Door Process and also acts as an independent check and balance to ensure that the principles of the company are being upheld. Employees who have a problem or concern, which they are unable to resolve, are encouraged to contact the Hotline.

 

Employees are protected from reprisal and all communications are kept confidential.
